This beautiful, beautiful MOC by Joshua Brooks is a wonderful example of how to use colour whilst building. He's not been afraid to mix and match different types and colours of foliage, and so the plant life ranges from orange to lavender. Truly stunning.

Legends in LEGO
I really love this scene by legophthalmos, it's small and rather simple but the execution is perfect. Depicting the climax of the story of Perseus and Andromeda, you don't even see the slain foe, the Cetus, but the carnage all around suggests that the battle has been brutal.

'Black tower of adamant...'
Anyone who's ever seen the Lord of the Rings film will be able to appreciate this build from the great Ian Spacek, myself included. The tower itself is very well photographed, as black is renowned for being a pain to take pictures of, and I love the angle of the rock it's balanced on.
Sonic Screwdriver
Fans of Doctor Who should love this build from Victor, who's made a fantastic replica of the Sonic Screwdriver belonging to the Eleventh and Twelfth Doctors. The chrome parts are not all official, but what does that matter - it looks fantastic!

Time for something a little different
Nick V, someone I admire for his crazy spaceships, has built this...thing, that's actually really cool. Apparently it is a mystical shaman called Oobahni Flaxpants, a name that suits the model perfectly! There are loads of cool techniques and pieces used here - spot the clone helmet and the Ninja Turtle shell.

Derfel is back! Enough said.
Yep, he's back, and with another truly stunning castle MOC! Luke's builds are always spectacular, but this could be the best yet. Strange colour choices abound, but somehow they work perfectly. Also...those sloping roofs are incredible! See for yourself.

Battle Beasts
These great little Battle Beasts, based off the old line of toys, were built by Garry (Garry_rocks), and they all look extremely good. I really like the fact that they're all similar-looking but there are specific differences between them, and of course the colours are very nice indeed.
