"Not by the hairs of my chinny chin chin!"

Amidst fierce competition and a lot of truly splendid MOCs being built for the CCXII contest on Classic-Castle I'd like to highlight Dubbadgrim's entry. Not only did he  achieve a unique representation of the traditional fairy tale of The Three Little Pigs (my favourite) but did so with great style and design!

Pine forest

Marco den Besten has really taken his signature tree technique to the next level with this new MOC. The sheer size combined with the excellent build makes for one beautiful pine tree.

Down at the ol' inn

The Blue Shield Inn (Main)
Halhi141 built this beauty scene of an inn and the surrounding landscape. The inn itself is very well construct, but what really draws me in is the landscape. All the colors and angles in just the right combination mech together and flow to create a natural looking landscape, helped by the irregular base.

More than meets the eye

Max_Stav built this awesome mech. It transforms into a cube, for goodness' sake, 'nuff said!

Brick-Built Nightmares

GC IX Vignette - Ot's Dream
I really enjoy Ot_the_Cook's builds and stories. Both are excellently done, his character upon which they are center is an old cook with a mysterious past, seeking adventure in the Lands of Roawia. I love how all of his MOCs are in storyboard style. Case in point is this. I must say the brick-built thought bubble is excellent.

I really can't describe how much I love this creation.  No words are enough, so I'll just let you take it all in.  Brilliant job, Bart De Dobbelaer.

Four arms are better then two

Big Mechs are awesome. Greebles are awesome. Jason Corlett combined both things and created an amazing 4-armed mech. I especially like the industrial-looking joints and the small details like the canadian flag on its shoulder.

"Long ago, a mighty hall stood here…"

CCCXII - Emerald Creek Ruins
Sir Valiant built this great scene of some overgrown ruins. The creek running through makes it serene, but the mysterious crystal on the pedestal adds a dash of intrigue. The green rubber bands as vines, while not purist, are certainly an effective technique, being curled around the ruined pillars.(EDIT: The builder tells me that those are actually a LEGO part. Hooray for that!) Nicely done.

Reroute all power to engines!

Beyond Sol, Delta Corporation transport vessel
Gideon_83 built this nifty little micro scale cruiser. Especially fab for someone who doesn't usually build space, the hexagonal shape and purple-gold color scheme really make this beauty stand out.

Sailing Uncharted Waters

This great scene built by Shield-and-Sword-Bricks shows us a small yet complete vessel with neatly designed wooden railings and vast sails. The detail that caught my attention the most was the almost entirely covered body of the sea serpent/monster. Though not entirely shown you get an idea of the huge size of the beast!

Wait... Thats not a tree....

Newcomer lingonkart brings us a brilliant MOC of a Dryad. Now you might find yourself asking "Hey, whats a Dryad?". Well, Dryads are mythical forest creatures similar to Nyphs. The Builder used some nice pieces to give the creature a brilliant wood look.

Hands in the air and empty your pockets!

Ambush at Augmar falls
The 12th annual CCC is releasing an onslaught of fantastic castle builds, as it does every year. One such example would be Legonardo Davidy's Ambush at Augmar Falls, sporting beautiful rockwork(Although when are his MOCs lacking such?) and a mind-blowing waterfall.

In the sewers

Galactic Sewers (main)
Brick Productions built this nice little sewer with some clever techniques, inhabited by a  delightfully chunky and greebly little bot.

This new creation by 0nuku shows how much awesomeness lies in those old Barraki pieces. He combines new and old elements to create something really unique.
